You are tourists, lured by brochures and billboards to the surreal mind flaying of American roadside attractions. Each of these curious tourist traps is – in actuality – the feeding tendril of some big soul-consuming void under all of us.
Stuck inside, wandering, you'll tell stories abou the discoveries you make. With each discovery comes an opportunity to improve your hand of dice.
The game progresses as survivors build up little menageries of souvenirs and scars, while the doomed draft their final postcards home and invent new tourists traveling these cursed highways.
